2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RawBeauty for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you edit with RawBeauty. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and edit any photo you import into the app.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use RawBeauty to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its components.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription processed through the App Store. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed through your App Store account settings.

6. Disclaimer

RawBeauty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
